This Thursday, June 1: "Untangling Trauma from Self/Soul" with Bethany DeBlaay

Our June 1st gathering, “Untangling Trauma from Self/Soul,” features trauma therapist Bethany DeBlaay. Bethany works with adults who can recall traumatic life events and prefer somatic-oriented interventions. Her ideal clients are seeking support for birth trauma, whether experienced as mother, partner, or baby. She also works frequently with church-related trauma, especially within the LGBTQ+ community.
Previously, Bethany worked with refugee and asylee populations who qualified for services as “survivors of torture,” individuals returning to the community after incarceration, and families involved in child welfare services.
