Three opportunities to support my work

We have a tour this November (Nov 5-18) that needs participants. You can get information about that tour here. On our tours, you will learn, see, and experience so much. I will teach you what I have spent decades studying and contemplating about the history, archeology, religious expressions, worldviews, mythology, and morality of ancient Israel and second temple Judaism (this is Jesus’s context). We’ll dig into the biblical text and talk as honestly as we can about its implications. We will leave space for us to wonder about these texts, to disagree with them, and to be challenged by them. You will also learn from Israelis and Palestinians about the tragedy of Israeli occupation, which is now rightly recognized as a form of apartheid. I hope you will join us.

We are doing a modest fundraiser for Still Processing. We have a donor who is willing to match donations up to $3000! This is a great opportunity for us to raise money to pay for more speakers, like Kristin Du Mez, who will be with us in November.
